Timing in life is important and I was on one of the first waves of international Six Sigma Green Belt training in Germany. I thoroughly enjoyed utilising DMAIC and other processes on the above challenges with the very capable operators in the operation.At the end off my time in this role my facility had the highest, best in class performance in runtime, yield and line speed. We had achieved more than YY million dollars in savings using Six Sigma.I was then offered the opportunity to gain further experience in people management and accepted a promotion into production management .
