Responsible of the support to Microsoft ISA Server, Exchange, SQL Server, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Update Services (WSUS), Active Directory, Policies, Double-Take and Symantec Backup in a Windows Server base system. Daily troubleshooting of network infrastructure based on Nortel, Enterasys, Force10 and Fortinet devices.Successfully developed and managed special projects like the implementation and administration of over 50 Xerox multifunctional devices integrated with OpenText RightFax, a digital fax solution; VMware ESX infrastructure integrated with Double-Take Software; integration of 6 Senators district offices with the Senate LAN at the Capitol District in San Juan; Microsoft OS system deployment through Windows Deployment Services server (WDS); and the Electronic Voting System of the Senate of Puerto Rico.Supervisor in charge of the IT technicians, concentrating on the customer service frontline of the IT Department.
