As a Human Resources Officer at The Bahri & Mazroei Group, I oversee various HR functions, such as employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. I am responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for different positions across the group, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires. I also support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, and ensure alignment with the company's vision and values.I have more than five years of experience in HR, working in diverse industries and sectors. I started my career as an HR Executive at Labour Law Consultancy, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in labour laws, payroll, and benefits administration. I then moved to Bismi Group, where I worked as a Senior Executive Human Resources, and handled various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs. I hold an MBA degree in Human Resources and Finance from Bangalore University, and a BBA degree in Business and Commerce from MAR SLEEVA COLLEGE OF ARTS & SCIENCE.I am a quick learner, a strong team player, and a result-focused professional, who strives to contribute to the overall success of the organization. I have excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, and I enjoy working in a dynamic and challenging environment.
