Started in 1996 at BSO Origin as an intern, did a thesis on knowledge transfer. After this I became a researcher/junior consultant in the field of knowledge management.In 1999 switched from consultancy to management. First as a unitmanager for a system integration unit. After several years switched to the managed operations division as a manager of the server management unit. Two years later became executive manager at Atos Interim Management.

Atlas Travel & Events was an event organisation owned by Maxim Spek and Edwin Gierstberg. It specialized in company events. Specialties were skiing weekends, wine trips, golfevents and catamaran & kitesurf events. Next to this we organized corporate events on one of the biggest superyachts in the Netherlands.
