I was originally engaged by PECO and BGE in early 2016 to provide Regulatory expertise to a project implementing the UIPlanner Financial Planning software. I was subsequently asked to serve as the Project Manager for the implementation of UIPlanner's Regulatory (Rate Case model) software, reporting to the CFO and VP-Regulatory Affairs in both companies.

I originally came to National Grid as a sub-contractor with another consulting firm to help lead a review of service company accounting and cost allocation. At the end of that audit, I was retained by National Grid as an adviser to a Senior VP in Finance. Over the next four years I served as the Quality Assurance lead in their Finance re-engineering.

Managed recording and reporting monthly financial results for Domestic Telecom segment (all US subsidiaries, excluding Wireless). Responsible for cost allocation of centralized services, asset accounting, capital recovery, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and finance system development and maintenance. As Controller of every state subsidiary, responsible for.

Developed cost information for Domestic Telecom segment, including product pricing, cost analysis, product profitability, and regulatory cost allocations. Developed new Avoided Cost Model used to determine resale discounts in compliance with Telecom Act of 1996. Testified as expert resale witness in all seven Bell Atlantic jurisdictions.

Responsible for all financial activities, including external reporting, budgeting, business planning, regulatory accounting, revenue forecasting, property and cost accounting, accounts payable, payroll and state and local taxes.
