Lely intends to divest its Forage business to AGCO, a global agricultural equipment manufacturer and holder of the tractor brands Fendt & Massey Ferguson.Core responsibilities & accomplishments• Forage MT member, reporting to the VP Forage & member of the central disentanglement team responsible for the divesture of the Forage business• Managed the Maassluis Customer Service Desk team (3 FTE) responsible for order administration, order handling and shipment of Forage products• Key Account Manager for Lely’s largest US based Forage customer Vermeer (OEM), 3rd party supply• Despite a critical time-to-market I successfully managed a cross-functional, multi-site homologation project team of 10 specialists to realize on-time delivery of both Conformity of Production (CoP) and Certificate of Conformity (CoC) for all trailed implements from Maassluis and Wolfenbüttel thereby ensuring continued commercial availability from January 2018 onwards• Successful and on-time delivery of the Multi-branding Wave I project for AGCO, one of the most critical projects for AGCO within the Forage acquisition, delivering the first wave of Fendt and Massey Fergusson branded balers and loader wagons• Created and implemented the closing product mix of 3200 units for the Maassluis Hay Tools factory

Subject: multi purpose storage concept for passenger cars.Individual project focussed on the design of a universal product that enables expansion of the luggage space of passenger cars. Points of attention were the definition of the problem, market research, consumer research, concept development and technical refinement. The project resulted in a luggage box that can be mounted on the tailgate of any type of car.

Assignment: design of a portable battery packWithin this individual project I was responsible for the development of a new product for the Indonesian solar energy market. Points of attention were market research, concept development, technical refinement and contacts with producers. Besides being a very interesting trainee assignment this project positively contributed to my experience in living and working abroad.
