Act as the single point of contact for the client and maintain a professional relationship with client representatives within the contractual obligations.❖ Review PO and attend project kick-off meetings with the project teams of client and manufacturer.❖ Managing technical aspects of customer projects, from initial engagement to final implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.❖ Attending post order activities like design review, HAZOP, IPF review along with the manufacturer and completely involve in the project executing to ensure timely delivery.❖ Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional post-sales support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring product satisfaction.❖ Acting as a technical point of contact for clients, managing communications between customers and manufactures.❖ Supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise in meetings, proposals, and negotiations.
