He is passionate about youth development and SETA learning-based education.He is co-founder of Mitra OD Consulting, and the Greenchild Foundation, an NPC focused on facilitating SETA learnerships for people with disabilities. He holds a B.Comm degree and post-graduate B.Phil in Logistics, Supply Chain and Transport Economics from the University of Stellenbosch.In the past, Edwin held the role of Operations Manager at an international strategic sourcing specialist company, Agrega EEMEA, for eight years. He managed the operational merger of two sourcing teams (South Africa and Russia) and lead the joint team, focusing on change and transition management, as well as cultural integration.Nowadays, he commits himself to utilizing the best of SETA-based coaching, mentoring and training to develop leaders and teams in the corporate field, as well as disabled and disadvantaged youth.Edwin has managed projects in Russia, Ukraine, Nigeria, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Turkey, UAE, Seychelles, South Africa, Egypt with specific expertise in Information & Communication Technology.
