Edwin is a Cum Laude graduate with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Psychology from one of the premier universities in Manila, the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. During his college days, he served as a Council President for three years in local and university-wide organizations. He is an experienced Customer Service Representative for international accounts in telecommunications and retail products. Before pursuing the field of Human Resources, he also experienced working as a Product Trainer and Seasonal Team Leader for chat/email support representatives. He provides team members leadership, coaching, and support and develops plans to achieve contract center goals. Aside from these experiences, Edwin volunteers at a non-government organization supporting children of marginalized sectors in the Philippines. He is now a registered Psychometrician and a professional in Human Resources, aiming to provide job opportunities to people where they can further their professional development and ensure a safe and conducive working environment for employees.
