Korean - Canadian elite travel ball organization competing in various tournaments around the world. Main goal of this program is to use the game of baseball to bring Korean Canadian community in Toronto together to support one another. - Create practice plan for catchers and help them to reach their maximum potential. - Throw batting practice, hit fungo- Provide feed back to position players.

Pool Management & Operations- Ensure a safe and sanitary swim environment that is maintained in accordance with Ontario Health Regulations. - Monitoring and recording pH, chlorine, and alkalinity levels, adding chemicals where necessary. Fitness & Recreation Facility Management - Daily inspection of fitness facility ensuring all fitness equipments are up to standards. - Updating daily schedules of fitness facility (ex. Yoga, Zumba, Cardio, Swimming) Fitness Instruction- Creating a workout plan focused on cardio and ab exercises.- Coaching residents according to their level to achieve their best potential for fitness.Administration- Compile daily and monthly reports for PPL management and the on-site property management on facility usage.- Logging in cheques & money orders from residents for facility usage.- Creating posters to promote monthly events around the facility.- Training new part time staff

- Lead and Supervise a team of coaches, instructors and counsellors in training. - Assist with organizing and maintaining camp equipment and provide coaches with the tools to enhance their programs. - Oversee lesson plans and programs- Ensure Camp procedures and safety standards are being followed- Administrative duties include payroll and scheduling for camp staff

Working for Seneca College's athletic department as varsity ambassador focusing on recruiting students to be part of our varsity family. Understanding what our 15 varsity teams at Seneca goes through during the season and what it takes to be a varsity athlete at Seneca. Promoting home games and events for the year.

Working for campus recreation department to help out with intramural & extramural events, coordinating roster & jerseys for the extramural teams for their tournaments. Running our drop in intramural volleyball league "Champion of the Court Volleyball", administration aspect of player registration and stats, operation of tournament such as rules, schedule, and social media coverage (Instagram).

Setting up the gym for women's and men's basketball and volleyball games, sweeping floor during basketball and handing new balls to volleyball players for serve.

- Developing game plans for hitters.- Managing the pitching staff.- Coaching 3rd base during game.- Provide feed backs to position players.
