Conduct extensive networking and cold calling to develop relations and contacts throughout all military and civilian contractors to capture current, accurate, and relevant information for the creation of the AETF and FCS manuals. Collaborate closely with fellow doctrine writers to capture emerging intelligence concepts as needed. Work directly with all corresponding elements the Future Combat Systems and AETF, of the Future Force Integration Directorate, centered at Fort Bliss TX. Conduct classroom/Tactical Operations Center (TOC) instruction and perform duties as an Observer/Trainer during rotations for the 304th MI Bn’s Officer Education System (OES) courses. Write lesson plans and produce instructional products pertaining to subjects taught in officer education courses. Includes real world oriented training scenarios and exercises supporting modules of the Military Intelligence OES. Employed as subject matter expert on subjects within the officer education system training regimen to include Collection Management, Analysis Techniques and Processes, Pathfinder, and DCGS-A. Importance will be stressed a variety of analytic methodologies and systems including analysis of competing hypothesis, evidentiary inferential analysis, link analysis, and time/event analysis.

Mobilized for Operation Iraq Freedom with duty in Iraq as the Intelligence Officer in Charge of Civil Affairs Battalion S2 section. Served as primary staff officer with responsibilities directly to the Battalion Commander. Worked with 42 Infantry Division on joint engagement missions. On more than one occasion, served as the lead engager with influential Sunni Sheik. Generated intelligence reports from those engagements and was referred by CORPS as expert and was consulted in relation to the Sheik. Prepared and briefed weekly intelligence to the staff. Worked extensively in training personnel in a web based data system for management of Iraq spheres of influence (SOI) utilizing Combined Information Data Network Exchange (CIDNE). Traveled to 4 provinces in northern Iraq as training team lead for CORPS/CIDNE level mission.

Trained soldiers and performed duties as evaluator, role-player (ERP) for U.S. Army Intelligence School of Interrogation (97E). Played role of captured enemy being interrogated by student, which I followed extensive script, while simultaneously evaluating student. Graduated Army school of Basic Instructor Training Course (BITC).

Pioneered and offered the first ever sustainable timber management program with the creation of the Hardwood Timberland Alliance. This 40 year lease was designed to improve and actively farm timber plots in northwestern Pennsylvania.
