I consider myself a perceptive and insightful innovator and visionary, driven by the fundamental question of "Why?". My inquisitive nature compels me to challenge the status quo and envision what could be. This mindset has been shaped by diverse experiences as a small business owner, an infantryman and military intelligence officer in the U.S. Army, and a contractor for the U.S. Army. This same curiosity led me to establish Pioneer Knowledge Services® (PKS), the nation's first knowledge management charity. At PKS, we are developing a framework to support nonprofit organizations in fostering and sustaining knowledge cultures. Our focus is on understanding how organizational cultures are influenced by and can effectively practice knowledge management, particularly in terms of learning, retention, knowledge availability, utilization, and flow. This underscores the importance of intentional design in creating a knowledge ecosystem. In such an ecosystem, organic elements like trust in communication and among individuals and groups play a crucial role. The collaborative environment I am cultivating through PKS offers unique opportunities for direct research and experimental settings to develop the future.Areas of Expertise:ManagementEntrepreneurshipLeadershipCustomer ServiceMindful CommunicationThought LeadershipIn-Depth InterviewingKnowledge ManagementTrainingPublic SpeakingPersonal NetworkingPodcastingIntuitionAudio ProductionInnovationI am also a graduate of the ManKind Project in Prescott, Arizona, and deeply passionate about this work.
