As a Collision Consultant it is your responsibility to guide customers through the process of getting their vehicle fixed through MPI claims. This means opening work orders for customers who are having their vehicle fixed and making sure that they are updated throughout the whole process of making appointments and having their vehicle in the shop for repairs, until their vehicle is ready. Communication for the customer between the Consultant and management and its technicians is of utmost importance to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.

As a Non-Technical Inspector you create vehicle exterior repair plans for all retail vehicles. In addition, you perform condition reporting for all wholesale disposal vehicles.

The main objective of this hiring was to introduce and develop a “web map” application for bus lines and their schedules, which was to kick start a new direction within the company. Formerly all the work done for customers was all prepress map material, instead of digital maps. Designing this new web map took a lot of intensive research on the subject and communication with co-workers to figure out exactly what the company and the customers needed from the application.
