At Devli, Edwin leverages his skillset in project capitalization, construction management, acquisitions, and forging strategic partnerships to spearhead development projects from inception to completion.

Edwin oversees the timely execution of the firm’s day to day operations across all departments: development, construction, and asset management. These responsibilities entail optimizing internal processes to efficiently produce high performance assets. Edwin also spearheads the sourcing and acquisition of opportunities which include negotiating land purchase agreements, underwriting analysis, and performing due diligence. In addition, he drives project milestones, and oversees scheduling, budgeting, bid/leveling, demolition, and permitting across all projects.

•Direct the organization’s merchandise and planning for over 800 stores. Develop and deliver comprehensive customer service and sales trainings during each store visit. •Ensure new initiatives/tests are executed to align with the organization’s vision by collaborating daily with cross functional partners. •Analyze weekly sales data and look for trends to identify any risk or opportunity, in order to optimize sales and margin through better product placement and proven adjacencies •Organize and create monthly individual plans for various store projects. •Provide quality communication and merchandising direction to the stores for capital projects, new stores/remodels, and strategic initiatives Partnering with the Merchants, P&A, and Space Analytics to develop floor plans and planograms that maximize sale and net margin productivity •Drive consistent and improved store presentation through the continual enhancement of Standards for Excellence•Position key items to maximize Units Per Transaction (UPT)and manage item eligibility through planogram accuracy
