In 2002, Dr. William Ehringer was a Professor at the University of Louisville, School of Medicine when he discovered a method to encapsulate and deliver ATP to cells. Over the next 10 years of research final formulations were identified for several unique applications of the technology, resulting in more than $3M in external funding, 6 granted patents, and a number of research publications, abstracts, and awards.As Chief Revenue Officer at Energy Delivery Solutions, I spearheaded strategic initiatives that fortified our prominent position in the market. A pivotal breakthrough centered on reintroducing ATP, the cellular energy source, to cells using fusogenic liposomes engineered to fuse with and deliver this essential energy currency back to the human cell. This innovation, led by a distinguished biomedical physicist and university professor, unlocked transformative opportunities in both medical and cosmetic domains. Leveraging this groundbreaking ATP technology via fusogenic liposomes, I orchestrated strategic endeavors that propelled us to attain significant revenue milestones.

As an Associate at General American Capital Partners (GACP), a former private equity firm led by billionaire investor Joe DaGrosa, specializing in sports investments, I spearheaded the feasibility analysis and due diligence buildout for the Celebrity Beach Soccer Match, in collaboration with Sports Illustrated™. My pivotal role included leading due diligence efforts and forming strategic partnerships to ensure the successful execution of the second annual Celebrity Beach Match. My responsibilities encompassed important aspects of sponsorship development, with a professional package developed, partnership development, and financial analysis for the event.
