 Assessed drilling techniques, methods of choosing drilling parameters and the impact of drilling performance on production.  Assessed blasting technology currently in use and methods of computing blasting parameters and the impact of fragmentation on the process flow. Analysed Key performance indicators in all operations, statistical evaluation of equipment performance that is breakdowns, availability, utilisation, scheduled hours. Recommended measures to improve drilling and blasting operations.  Assisting surveyors and mining geologists to make out ore blocks and maintain these mark-outs as required Supervise excavator operators to mine and trim all ore and waste contacts using mark-out boundaries, recognition mineralisation indicators and mapping, as instructed by the Grade Control Geologist Supervision of stockpiles and blending ratios for ore feed to the mill prior to crushing, so as to meet the requirements of the Mill  Definitions of mineable ore block tonnages, making-out and mining of mineable ore bocks, to maximise the recovery and reduce dilution.
