Re-designing of Alu-Gold Engineering Coy production shop floor. Assist in analyzing and research customers design proposal specifications, manuals and other data’s. A revision was issued on July 2010.Involved in internal quality audit on Nampak departmental quality manuals, standard operating procedures. In 2013; Nampak was certified with ISO 9001, 2008 by Standard Organization of Nigeria.Ensured that the production process operability equipment effectiveness (OEE) is on the optimum. Thus with the total reductions on scraps, wastes and rejects.Job Duties:Assuring that all Factory Test Plans on the reliability and integrity of all equipment’s, machines and end products on the process line meets up with customer’s requirement. Carry out all assessments during shift on in coming materials, finished goods inspections and deriving the certificate of analysis.
