Sr Associate Data Steward
Current-Executes the Data Management Program according to the Data Management Program Policy and Standards in partnership with the Data owners, Subject Matter Experts and Technology partners within the Small Business Banking domain-Manages new data initiatives by defining data management requirements, tracking and reporting on projects progress, escalating risks and issues in plan execution and follows defined change management governance processes-Collaborates with Data Owners to identify Key Data Elements using a SIPOC approachCreates and maintains metadata knowledge artifacts such as data dictionaries, data lineage, and identifies need for changes in metadata within domain.-Defines data quality rules for all critical data elements and works with the Data Quality “DQ” team for their implementation-Participates in routine first line of defense governance forums including leading monthly meetings with Data Owners and domain SMEs
