Working in Collection and Recovery Unity, the main tasks is to monitor all risk asset portfolio of the Bank.•Enforcement of repayment of all outstanding facilities, and ensures non-performing loans are followed up and monitored closely, including repossession of collaterals and litigations.•Daily call memo and progress reports on negotiations with customer in respect of the repayment of their loans. Visitation, and conduct meeting with defaulter in order to identify default reason and assist to provide solutions. •Review and analyze restructure request, and preparation of restructuring proposal to management for all qualified accounts which meet the terms and condition, and packaging suitable work out proposal and solution. •Regularly monitors performance of collection and debt recovery agent to ensure accounts assigned to them are fully recovered, follow up with auctioneers to all repossession assignment and enforcement.
