Edwin Rodas is Enova International’s Human Resources Information System Manager (Workday). He mentors a team of 4 in the areas of: People Tech, Analytics and Operations. Prior to joining Enova, Edwin was the Human Capital Management Administrator (Workday) for Northwestern Medicine formally known as Centegra HealthSystem. Edwin also spent a good part of his career at Celergo (an ADP company) as Human Resources Manager. During his time at Celergo, Edwin was responsible for all core HR competencies including: recruiting, on-boarding, benefits, employee relations, training and performance reviews for the US, Budapest and Singapore offices. Additionally, Edwin was integral in the coordination of employee surveys, which resulted in the company being recognized as one of the Chicago’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work for. Edwin also worked for several years in benefit administration at Mercer HR Services. He holds a B.S. in Management and Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Development from National-Louis University.
