Overall responsibility for the IT strategy and operations for Orange Dominicana and Tricom, S.A. after Altice Group acquisition in the Dominican Republic.▪ Successfully implemented TriVision as the Convergent BSS platform to address the needs in the mobile, land line, broadband and entertainment services for Tricom and Orange Dominicana▪ Led Data Migration Project of ODo customers to new CRM and Billing Platform. Around 4 million customers and +1 Billion DOP Open Balance migrated with a difference of 0.0009%▪ Defined strategy to streamline operations, while improving IT infrastructure efficiencies, seeking value and synergy from the acquisition▪ Implemented an IT governance process to ensure business leader alignment with priorities, resource allocation and spending, to establish technology and application architectures accelerating time to market and new market introductions▪ Leveraged IT as a strategic partner to drive business value and significantly restructured and upgraded organization of +100 associates/consultants to reduce ongoing operating costs

Led major IT development projects:▪ New 4G LTE Mobile Network Project. Design, development and implementation of Mobile 4G LTE product on the TriVision BSS platform. Product management, fulfillment (Service Order capture, handling, provisioning) and Billing.▪ Design, development and implementation of TriVision CRM Platform. It provides the CSRs with a customer-centric vision from which they can manage all their activities.▪ Genesys Call Center platform upgrade. Modules implemented: CIM (Customer Interaction Manager), CCPulse, CCAnalyzer and WFM (Work Force Management). We also develop the interface between Genesys and our CRM platform.▪ Consulting, sale and implementation of Tricom’s International Billing System to SMITCOMS, a company in the Netherlands Antilles. Conducted system presentations to company executives, elaborated the response to the Request for Proposal (RFP) submitted by SMITCOMS and manage project implementation.▪ Other applications or modules implemented: TriVision Mobile, Online Pre-Paid Cards Sales, On-Line Payments, Individual and Business Segmentation Module, Authentication Module, Credit Cards and Bank Accounts Registration Module, Mobile Repair Workshop Module.

Major projects accomplished include:▪ Migration of customers and operations from Cable TV Company “Telecable Nacional” to Tricom Systems. Manager of systems adaptations (Service Order and Trouble Handling, Facilities Management, etc.) and development of a new provisioning interface for the Digital Access Controller (DAC).▪ Analysis, design, development and implementation of the Provisioning Module for the Service Order System. Development Team Leader.▪ Implementation of DaVaR system from Fluke Networks, for validation and testing of Outside Plant. Leading the team that developed the interface between DaVaR and Tricom’s Facilities Management system.

Our main function was to replace existing systems in an AS/400 platform for a new generation of systems developed under a UNIX platform and Oracle database, using Oracle Developer Tool. Major projects accomplished are:▪ Analysis, design, development and Implementation of Facilities Management system. Leading the design team of software architecture, its functionalities and interfaces with wireless and wireline inside and outside plant.▪ Nortel Networks’ INM Access Care system implementation for testing and managing trouble tickets of fixed cooper services.▪ Engineering Work Order (EWO) and Map Viewer systems implementation. They provided an AM/FM – Automatic Mapping / Facilities Management functionality. Leading the conversion process of the outside plant to digital format and developing the Facilities system interfaces.
