INNOVATE MAS INDONESIA (Sinar Mas Group) for - Lead & Manage Retail Sales, to achieve higher sales penetration in 12 cities in Indonesia.- Develop strategies to improve revenue and collections as well as to address revenue leakages- Create & execute SALES COMPENSATION PLAN for all sales channels to ensure revenue growth, balancing products to sell, and develop new areas to sell- Conduct proper and timely in-depth revenue vis a vis customer analysis, product analysis, area analysis, calculations and reporting on monthly basis.- Determine monthly revenue forecast and identify revenue opportunities- Work with cross-functional teams in resolving financial and revenue related issues.- Lead, train and develop revenue assurance specialists and to keep abreast with the business and industry to meet the new and emerging strategic and operational challenges;- Provide advice and recommendation on all revenue management matters pertaining to the Company which include revenue enhancement projects, customer retention strategies and involvement on any other matter at the request and direction of the Company’s CFO and CCO and/or CEO.- Provide helicopter view on all business activities related to revenue stability & growth
