Leads over 230 technicians across 6 different career fields in the accomplishment of unscheduled and scheduled aircraft maintenance. Established priorities, aligns goals with company goals, and leads teams toward mission accomplishment.

Led 75 technicians in the production and completion of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Develops schedule, manages training, evaluates personnel performance, and mentors team members.

Led shift of 40 technicians through the maintenance and repair of U-2 fleet. Coordinated priorities with Production Superintendent on work flow and us of resources. Implements and executes weekly and monthly aircraft utilization schedules.

Led 63 technician with intrusive inspection requirements and extensive repairs. Responsible for daily scheduling, annual training, annual reports, and awards for assigned personnel.

Manages maintenance flow during in-dept aircraft inspection, coordinates operational checks and troubleshoots of aircraft engine and secondary power system components. Directs the removal, installation, adjustment, and operational checks of major and minor aircraft components.
