Identified a security breach where a user deleted 2,300 customer master records from the database usinga custom journal tool. Used the same tool to restore the deleted records before the nightly batch run.
After an outside vendor added a program to batch we noticed nightly batch started to run longer. Workedwith the vendor to fix inefficient program code.
Developed a program to monitor the operator’s message queue for specific CPF messages, sending a textmessages to the company’s support team for resolution.
