The * Program Management Offices were for different transformation programs, including SAP S4, Salesforce, CFIN, Coupa and Oracle Retail. * Managed teams of up to 15 PMO specialists and was responsible for planning, reporting and invoicing for programs in size of up to $10 million per month. * Contributed within Accenture to internal training (annually over 100 hours of classroom training to all levels of Accenture employees), recruitment (annually over 20 job interviews), and formal mentorship for junior colleagues. * Led group of 5 consultants performing analysis of discrete event simulation models for logistic systems.* Was end to end responsible for selling the consultant work and delivering the projects.* Developed the simulation models, prepared reports to stakeholders and supported operational issues for decision solutions installed at client systems.

* Performed PhD research projects focussed on the use of object oriented thinking in the field of discrete event simulation models.* Published 15 articles on the research topic.* Taught 8 courses (ranging from 20 to 150 students) at bachelor and master level

* Developed simulation models of transportation systems for Dutch companies. * Analyzed outcome of the simulation models and reported recommendations to support investments.
