Within KION responsible for optimizing the 2nd and 3rd life cycle of our assets. Key development in this is they brand specific marketing strategy, a good sales and operations planning and sufficient remanufacturing capabilities to achieve the strategic objectiveWe look at the branding of our various brands LINDE – STILL – BAOLI and positioning in the various markets, the best possible planning of the asset lifecycle in the long, mid and short term and the organization of an efficient return and remanufacturing process at strategic locations within EMEAThis is partly done by the transition from decentralized to a central setup, the recent merger of the organization and the development of a new SAP environment, this all requires a high degree of change management

Within this role I implemented on quality standard across Europe for our Remanufacturing of the Linde brand. Found synergies, ways for improvement and optimized collaborations within the group to reach our long-term sustainability ambitions. Based on our growth ambitions I also lead our Remanufacturing Industrialization project. Within this project we are developing a completely new factory for our Remanufacturing activities to increase the capacity over 150%.Within this new factory we are redeveloping our processes with our knowledge of the new truck factories and switch our process from a box to a production line setupThis together with steering and benchmark of remanufacturing activities, set-up budgets and SLA’s in coordination with HQ functions and regions. We ensure sustained customer satisfaction.

Apeldoorn

Set up business case and made full set up of the Motrac Used Equipment Center. Responsible for this project from A till Z. And now the management of the Used Equipment Center. Which means P & L responsible, steering sales & refurbishment of used trucks and continuous improvement of the center’s processes and procedures. Member of Sales MT of MotracSince 2008 member of the Linde UT & STR Core team. Responsible for international development of standards concerning refurbishment standards, quality, service, cost reduction for UT & STR. With a standalone Used Equipment Center we professionalise our Used Equipment business by putting the complete focus on re marketing of used equipment to end customers and traders. We therefore will provide a wide range of truck types within the quality program of the Linde Approved program.

Almere Stad Area, Netherlands

Overall budget and operational responsible for the Used and Short term Rental departments in the Netherlands. Controlling revenue, cost, margin and utilization of the renting fleet, controlling revenue, cost and margin Used truck sales and active buying and selling Used internal transport equipment from and to traders. Joining several international Linde projects about: Fleet-management, standardisation of used trucks and renting business within the Linde community provided by Linde Germany.
