Experience:I flourish in strong and competitive building markets, where I am responsible for guidance and coaching of my team. Together we are constantly looking for new opportunities and product/market combinations. The challenges we confront are creation of new products, and the marketing & communication concepts for three different target groups (B2B, DIY and Retail). Close monitoring of market developments, sensing the necessary adjustments and developments and making strategic choices are all part of my daily work.In 1999, I was involved in founding the Passive House Foundation Holland. Together with seven other companies, we drive this initiative and work to increase the contribution of passive solar energy to the energy supply for the built environment. Since 2012, I am a member of the Technical Commission of Sonenergie.nl . Besides these professional tasks I am an active community member. In the same year, 2012, I co-founded the WBQA (the Dutch branch of the World Barbecue Association). An association that widens my personal and professional network nationally and internationally. Motivation:I excel in building relationships with (key) accounts and therefore is my team one of my priorities. A large network requires careful maintenance and constant expansion. Organizing various events throughout the year helps foster these relationships. In a strong competitive market, I like to take care of our customers and make them feel welcome and wanted. I want to keep the team motivated and focused on the (business) targets and budgets. I also like to create new ideas and solutions, think outside of the box and see things happen. I always have a smile on my face and a sense of humour, yet remain results-driven in my work approach.
