I am the Process Manager in the team that creates Rabo Beheerd Beleggen. So my job is to create the best investment product ever at a huge ( retail ) scale. My main focus is on improving the IT and operational proceses that ensure that our clients assets are continuously invested according to their needs, preferences and Rabobank's investment policy. That involves a lot of stakeholder management, risk management and understanding data. I've been working in the retail investment field for over a decade now. I am proud that we have created a high quality, low cost investment product that is available not only for the rich, but for everyone. Currently we are implementing the latest European sustainability regulations like SFDR. That is no walk in the park. But I strongly believe that offering transparency on the sustainable goals and 'Principle Adverse Impacts' of investments is a step in the right direction.As a side project, I am working for E-Flight Academy. E-Flight is a pioneer in sustainable aviation using electric aircraft for flight lessons. At E-Flight, I am working on the engineering and development of the flight simulator.
