China

Core team to establish a new initiative in Shenzhen, China as well as supporting other initiatives in Nanjing and Kunming. Successfully coached 35 students over two 6-month courses in the field of cross-culture leadership, personal growth and development through topical study and one-on-one coaching sessions. Planned, managed and led students to conduct social work in Nepal, India, Philippines, Malaysia and China in order to allow them to experience working cross-culturally and to continue their personal growth. Course topics include team unity, team leadership, cultural awareness, personal awareness and cross-cultural communication.Key Achievements:• 97.1% of students that attended the courses graduated successfully.• 28.5% of the students graduated joined as staff members.• Of these, 3 students have became coaches themselves.• The course was conducted in a bi-lingual setting in Chinese and English.
