Recora Health's mission is to redefine the future of heart health. We care for those who need it most - such as individuals who have had a recent hospitalization or medical event. We work with health plans, medical groups, and health systems to address these needs with a home-based program for cardiac recovery.

Hibiscus leverages an AI-training model for early risk stratification of metabolic conditions using facial scan data. These innovative solutions help with the early detection of diabetes and other chronic conditions, with the goal of improving clinical outcomes (much earlier) and reducing health care costs for employers/plans.

Pioneering in person-centered care, TNJH (Mount Sinai affiliate) is the premier older adult health system in New York State. I led all clinical operations, quality improvement, research, and client experience initiatives across our portfolio of several business lines: nursing homes, post acute rehabilitation, adult day health centers, certified home health, care management/navigation, and assisted-living programs. Through COVID, we led skilled nursing facility response in NYC and our efforts assisted many other programs dedicated to older adults.TNJH is the first post-acute system in NYS CHF rehabilitation programs certified by The Joint Commission.

Launched Spring's employee health/wellness solution. I developed Spring's clinical operations, telehealth regulatory/compliance framework, IT/EHR initiatives, patient satisfaction processes, billing/claims program, account management and provider network. Spring optimizes employee/student wellness with AI-driven mental health screening, personalized patient assessment/plans, and more convenient care with its telehealth network of providers (MDs, therapists, psychologists). Clients have included academic medical centers, technology startups, to Fortune 500 corporations.

Drove clinical solutions/innovation initiatives for healthcare clients to optimize population health, provider workflow, operational efficiencies, and fiscal stability. Solutions improved physician throughput, health system operational metrics, and optimizing value/risk-based reimbursements (Medicare Advantage panels). Key client outcomes: improve clinician/patient satisfaction, clinical quality, and cost-effective care (ROI). Core service line oversight: Virtual Scribe services, Document Management/Quality Abstraction, RCM, and Practice Management Optimization.

Led and directed consulting engagements ranging from small/rural clinics to large Fortune-500 healthcare organizations. Expertise includes providing strategic advisory services to healthcare clients, focusing on population health, clinical value, health informatics, patient/provider satisfaction, and CMIO services.

Responsibilities included managing electronic medical record / health informatics initiatives; key liaison between clinical (nursing, physician, administration) and IT staff. Managed Clinical MIS staff and related projects with clinical/IT teams.

Fellowship In public health / medical informatics research. Clinical responsibilities involved internal medicine hospitalist duties at Bellevue Hospital.
