Current• Design electrical control systems for the mechanical, hydraulic, and safety devices of the forage compress machine.• Design PLC ladder logic code using Sysmac to automate the machines and ensure safety control device functionality.• The accomplishment of implementing standardized templates and electrical drawing standards in Solidworks Electrical software was achieved under my leadership as the lead designer.• Create the operator interface by utilizing EXOR software.• Developed installation procedures for VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, and other such components.• Performing electrical installations, commissioning, and optimizing forage compress systems purchased by customers.• Program VFD, and SCT-20 weighing system devices on-site.• Offer safety and operational training to the operators of the forage machine system.
