Managing the branch activity operationally as well as financially in line with SOP and approved budget/target. Retain existing business size and identify/develop potential growth. Execute plans and contribute in shaping strategic goals for the company. Monitor the company's lines of busines and departements/units i.e. vessel operation/shipping agency/stevedoring/forwarding/customs brokerage and overall logistics matters. Monitor and evaluate the method utilized in handling customers' vessel/cargoes and contribute improvement where appropriate and applicable. Report to Branch Coordinator at H/O.
