- Provide Quality Inspection, Repair & Maintenance(IRM) for leading manufacturers for subsea equipment system ranging from Hydrographic surveys to Acoustic Positioning in the Oil & Gas/Energy industry‎. - Ensure that all equipment are at its International Standard Quality & calibrated to their requested requirements. - Aside from IRM, in rotating basis duty, provides 24/7 technical remote support to onshore & offshore customers who are facing difficulties with their deployed equipment.- On top of maintaing survey equipment, conduct pressure test assistance for customers in Hydraulic & Tooling department. - Generate Commercial Invoice Packing List(CIPL) on tested equipment for Quality Control Compliant approval prior to handing over to Logistics.- Ensure fabricated or repaired cables are properly insulated and quality approve.Survey equipment experience are as follows:Blueview, Blueprint, Bowtech, CODA, Digital Edge, Edgetech, Imenco, Impact Subsea, Innova, Hemisphere, Kongsberg, Nortek, Sonardyne, Ixblue, Exail, Polatrak, Tritech, TSS, ROS, RTS, R2Sonic, Satel, FMD, Seavision, TRDI, Valeport. Additionally, Cameras & LED for ROV.

- Coordinate on-site availability with customers before allocating engineers to schedule on-site arrangements and preparation- Coordinate with manufacturers on product-related inquiries or RMA cases with regard to software fixes or replacement possibilities- Ensure daily operations are focused and assign adequate resources accordingly to respective sites- Provide sufficient information on technology refresh proposals to customers with the System Designers' assistance. Engage discussions with Enterprise & Non-Enterprise sales account managers for follow-up actions.- Ensure onsite engineers and field engineers are equipped with the proper documents and tools that are essential for the site

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure field engineers have access to the necessary equipment, tools, and materials required to perform their tasks effectively. Monitor resource availability and proactively address any shortages or issues.- Ensure field engineers adhere to established quality standards and procedures. Monitor and evaluate their work to maintain consistency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Implement quality improvement initiatives as needed.- Ensure field engineers maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of their work, including reports, service records, and any relevant data or observations. Review and analyze reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential operational efficiencies.- Coordinate both daily on-site duties and manage field engineers simultaneously.

- Provide remote assistance, troubleshooting, and guidance to engineers or customers. This may involve diagnosing problems, offering solutions, or escalating complex issues to system designers or manufacturers.- Conduct offsite testing on suspected defect equipment before coordinating for repairs or replacements when necessary.- Conduct meetings with engineers for daily/weekly discussions relating to complex on-site issues- Coordinate & identify with Team Lead on the site engineer's professional development through certification and product courses.

- Provide onsite troubleshooting support and maintenance checks. Apply software patches or updates, and ensure system security and compliance.- Maintain regular communication with clients addressing their concerns, providing updates on progress and follow-up action needed, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide training to users on how to operate and maintain the integrated system effectively.- Analyze the System Design via the schematic drawing. This includes determining the hardware, software, and network infrastructure required for the solution. An electrical single-line diagram often comes into place when dealing with the main power distribution board for any video-wall solution.- Conducting rigorous testing to ensure that the integrated system functions properly and meets the defined requirements. This involves performing functional tests and compatibility tests to verify system performance and reliability.

- Electrical termination for electronic equipment and relay of cables- Installation of equipment both AV and general electrical equipment and ensure cable management is conducted accordingly- Ensure a safe environment after installation is handed over to the customer.- Commit to customer requests and requirements for sites implementation, and events suggestions or provide Event Standby on both lighting, video, and audio support

- Responsible for the incoming and outgoing equipment both locally and overseas and ensuring advance preparation are met accordingly with the requested equipment list- Conduct visual inspection of defects regardless of incoming or loan equipment purposes.- Work together with procurement on daily operations to ensure inventory is on point and audit-ready

- Dismantle & Assemble parts of the aircraft engine that were recommended to be stripped for repair & replacement by the License Aircraft Engineer- Conduct secondary NDT for visual defects on engine parts and address back to necessary dept for re-evaluation and testing- Ensure all assemblies were pre-check by the supervisor according to standard before approving for the Test Cell dept for Testing
