I supported the senior leadership team and external partners to develop and implement evidence informed strategies aimed at increasing the number of 10 – 20 year olds across the UK taking part in volunteering, fundraising or campaigning. Responsibilities included: • Leading development and delivery of Horizon, an online analysis tool collating data on youth social action, including managing a digital agency and scoping work to better understand our prospective users• Commissioning the 2016 National Youth Social Action Survey and managing a third-party research agency• Capturing core data and generating the insights needed to inform #iwill campaign strategy and measure impact• Coordinating the Data and Quality Assurance Steering Group, which brings together senior partners from different sectors to develop the evidence on youth social action • Supporting the senior leadership team in the development, communication and presentation of the campaign strategy, utilising insights from evidence and core data to underpin and direct priorities
