I am the Director, Talent Acquisition at Comoto (RevZilla, Common Tread, Cycle Gear, REVER, and J&P Cycles) focused on leading the talent acquisition department and developing relationships in the e-commerce and retail space. Throughout my recruiting career, I have experience sourcing and evaluating candidates for sales, digital marketing, e-commerce, transportation, HR, supply chain, merchandising, talent acquisition, account & project management, finance & accounting, analytics, manufacturing, executive, and operational rolesI was the Co-Founder and Vice President of RecruitPhilly. RecruitPhilly is a grass-roots non-profit, led by local talent leaders, that hosts events that foster innovation, networking, sharing best practices, and professional development to elevate the recruiting profession in the greater Philadelphia area. Founded in 2018, RecruitPhilly was developed by Philadelphia-area recruiters for Philadelphia-area recruiters. Our inaugural event was on May 23, 2019, at World Cafe Live. I I'm married with 5 children (no that isn't a typo!). I'm passionate about sourcing, recruiting technology, the candidate experience, spending time with my wife and kids, being involved in my church, sports, reading, Philadelphia sports teams, Penn State football, and Villanova basketball.
