Ee Ling heads up 500 Global's Market Launch Team, overseeing the development and implementation of startup programs for 500 and its partners all over the world, from Egypt and Canada, to Japan and Taiwan. In her role, she works with various ecosystem stakeholders - Governments, corporations, foundations, startups - to accelerate their innovation journey. She was previously managing partnerships and business development in Asia Pacific.Ee Ling is also the Co-Founder of Wavesparks (Young Founders Summit), a platform which aims to make entrepreneurial mindset and skillset accessible to Generation Zs globally. We believe that by nurturing Gen Zs’ changemaker heartset, combined with digital-first innovation, it will unleash a future world that is inclusive, accessible, and sustainable. Prior to becoming a founder, Ee Ling spent almost a decade as an Investment Banker, executing billion-dollar transactions in M&A, equity and debt capital markets. Ee Ling is an experienced speaker, judge, mentor, advisor on areas related to startups, entrepreneurship, youth, and women. Ee Ling is a National Youth Council and National Youth Fund council Member.
