Role and Responsibilities:- Product Manager for Armor's GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) and VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) Services- Defines and owns the vision, marketing and ROI for the product- Identify our customers needs and the larger business objectives - Responsible in rallying the team to turn that vision into a reality- Ensure accountability across team members- Align stakeholders around the vision for the product- Monitor the market and develop the competitive analysis- Manage partners, vendors and external stakeholders- Responsible in outlining what success looks like- Responsible in empowering and motivating the team- Owns the outcome, results and KPIs

Transformation Project (Jan-Oct 2022):- Part of the team that led to the transformation of Armor - from a burn rate of >US$1 million/month to a profitable state within a year- Restructured Armor to a lean and fit organization - right sized to ensure the overall survivability of the company- Drove alignment of and decision-making on strategic and transformation initiatives- Identified gaps and areas of improvement in processes, workflows, and systems- Collaborated with the GLT (Global Leadership Team) to define new transformation initiativesRole and Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the GLT to provide business insights to the CEO and Board by establishing robust processes, dashboards and deliverables to track progress, identify risks, and drive accountability- Drive alignment and decision-making on strategic initiatives across the organization, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and measurable outcomes- Create a culture of collaboration - breaking down silos and ensuring efficient information and knowledge sharing across teams and business units- Gather insights to develop and execute near and long-term financial forecasts and strategies- Prepare analysis and reporting materials for Board meetings- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans- Assist with the execution of M&A and new business projects/initiatives- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

- Facilitate communication and alignment amongst Stakeholders in relation to investment opportunities, best practices, and technology knowledge- Execute and coordinate M&A transactions including due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring- Explore and evaluate potential value creation avenues (eg; IPO, Mergers, Stake Sale)- Performance and risk monitoring of STT portfolio companies comprising of assets in the Telecommunication, Data Center, and Technology sector- Prepare and present reporting materials to the Board- Provide oversight and strategic guidance to the portfolio assets' management team - Help drive synergy and collaboration within STT Group- Maintain and establish relationships with external vendors, JV partners and regulators

- Executed M&A and financing transactions across South East Asia- Researched, identified and pitched for new fund-raising investment opportunities- Created and analysed financial models as well as perform scenario analysis- Delivered presentations externally and to internal credit committees- Participated in and conducted due diligence for various transactions- Conducted industry research and data mining on various financial databases/platforms (eg: Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, Factiva, CapitalIQ)

- Scope extends throughout the origination, structuring, execution and syndication of equity transactions spanning across the consumer discretionary, oil & gas, infrastructure, energy, property and plantation sectors- Formulated marketing and pricing strategies to attract demand from investors, facilitate cornerstone and anchor investors engagement, and collate and synthesize investor feedback- Prepared valuation analysis, shareholding analysis, industry research and case studies- Coordinated global roadshows and bookbuilding exercises alongside a syndicate team- Build and managed new and existing client relationships of institutional and high net worth investors- Researched, identified and pitched for new fund-raising investment opportunities

- Assessed the strengths and weaknesses of financial business processes and controls - Reviewed and analyzed accounts by performing variance and trend analysis - Executed compliance work in relation to regulatory requirements by MAS- Planned, organized and documented audit assignments- Produced high quality work under tight deadlines- Interacted closely with all levels of key personnel within the financial institutions
