Associate, Business Risk
Current- Conduct and review consumer and commercial compliance Risk and Control Assessments.- Update and draft compliance-related policies and procedures for the Bank’s partner oversight operations as needed.- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Compliance to ensure partners and sub-clients maintain appropriate controls to meet regulatory compliance standards.- Manage problem resolution and escalate issues as necessary.- Undertake additional compliance-related projects as required.- Assist in overseeing the risk management program, ensuring adherence to risk management policies, and facilitating ongoing independent risk assessments.- Perform variance trend analysis and provide summaries of pattern changes.- Develop monthly dashboards for the business (Key Risk Indicators).
