- Supervise and coordinate activities for Flexographic Printing team to support plant quality and cost improvement goals and opportunities.- Lead a team of 40 members and ensure WIP products are manufactured in conformance with the production schedule, cost, quality and yield standards.-Assist Production Manager in managing / training manpower, processing and finished goods handling during operations-To responsible in commissioning new equipment or production units or new processes, monitoring modification and upgrades and troubleshooting existing process for out-of-control situations and out-of-specification situation.- Work closely with Maintenance team and Vendors on improving the machine efficiency, optimizing the process, implement yield improvement and cost reduction programs.- Knowledge of working principle of Flexographic Printer Machine and Auto Folder Gluer Machine .Eg : TCY Flexo Machine , Cheong Ryong Machine and Sunrise Pacific Flexo Machine .
