- Experienced in handling payroll for companies in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia according to different companies’ policies.- Responsible for the full spectrum (preparation and review) of monthly payroll transaction for Malaysian, Singaporean and Indonesian companies including payroll processing, attendance & overtime and claim verification, arrangement of salary uploading and statutory payment (Malaysia: EPF, Socso, EIS and Tax; Singapore: CPF, CDAC, MBMF, Sinda, SDL and FWL; Indonesia: BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Kesehatan and PPH21) before deadline. - Communicate with clients for unclear payroll updates and advise clients on their enquiries to ensure their payroll policies are adhering to governmental regulations.- Ensure all statutory are compliant with governmental regulations and keep abreast of current legislations. - Preparation of year end filings for Malaysian (EA, Company Borang E and CP8D), Singaporean (IR8A form, Appendix 8A and Appendix 8B) and Indonesian (Formulir A1) companies.- Prepare official forms for new joiners (CP22) and resigning employees (CP21 and CP22A for tax clearance purpose) for Malaysian companies. - Prepare IR21 form for resignation of non-citizen employees in Singapore and deal in the submission of IR21 form to IRAS for the tax clearance purpose.- Familiar in Emplx, Wincom and Krishand (Indonesia) system.
