This position entails the management and oversight of a large-scale blockchain project focused on the tokenization of real-world assets and the decentralization of those assets through advancing web3 technology. As the fractional COO for this blockchain project and several affiliated ventures, I have the privilege of playing a central role in the advancement of blockchain technology and tokenized assets. In this role, I actively manage both the day-to-day and long-term project operations for an array of entities. Tasks under my charge range from vendor negotiation and strategy review to office administration and internal team management, and more, the aggregate of which is the oversight of all aspects of each company.My proudest accomplishments as COO thus far include the following: 1. Assisting with the development of the blockchain ecosystem, taking it from an idea to a thriving platform with over 300,000 users and a peak valuation of over $500 million2. Using my skills to manage and oversee the development of multiple systems and processes that have been instrumental in the growth of the company3. Negotiating, securing, and developing strong vendor relationships, including a partnership with Tracer to assist with brand enforcement and the security of the ecosystem
