Conducted legal research, assisted with memos and analysis on a range of commercial, white collar and regulatory issues.Specific projects included analyzing the impact of new FCC regulations (regarding TCPA) on a technology firm, analyzing the legal environment for a start-up online gambling business (criminal and civil liability issues), assisting with a federal sentencing memo, a response to a State’s Attorney on behalf of an online loan origination business, and a DOD security clearance appeal.
