As a partner to some of the largest names in commerce, we work to provide strategic planning, industry insights, and expert guidance to clients across the globe. I have been engaged in cross-functional strategic evaluation efforts, future commerce architecture development efforts, hardware RFPs, M&A preparations, and software implementations (among other things) in my time in this role. Capra is small and agile - I have learned to wear many hats and adapt on the fly. I have also become engaged in the industry through attending conferences such as the MAG, the NRA, and NACS, as well as through attending a multitude of webinars and working group sessions.

At Oasis, I joined a team of three to jumpstart their operations in Louisville and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities were split between interfacing with patients, sales and marketing efforts, and involvement in goal setting for the broader organization as it grew. In this role, I worked with my team to look outwards and understand the competitive landscape the company faced, and to develop new methods of market penetration, while also looking internally to support company operations and effectiveness. I wore many hats, but major tasks included market sizing, competitive analysis, data manipulation, new and market research, development of feedback integration processes, improvement of organization effectiveness, development data-driven tools to support sales outreach, and revision of the project development process.

At Humana, I was a member of the Organizational Effectiveness team, and I participated in a a variety of projects including: collaborating on the development of a comprehensive onboarding timeline, completing a data-driven evaluation of the current company approach to change, facilitating a series of interviews regarding associate experiences with change, developing a set of internal branding materials to highlight company values, and co-leading the initial stages of planning and execution for a series micro-learning modules directed to leaders and associates. This experience developed skills in research, culture development, change management, consulting, project management, and product development, along with more general skills in email communication, meetings facilitation, interviewing, and networking.
