Owns the experience of the Retail Delivery channel to include the retail branch network. Provides support to Regional Managers in creation and execution of Sales and Service program.

I am responsible for supporting the Sales and Service efforts of every touch-point within Member Service. Part of that task includes partnering with branch and service center team members to identify opportunities to improve the Customer Experience at those touch-points which will result in measurable growth and retention.

Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, member service, security and safety in accordance with the Credit Union's objectives. Develop new deposit and loan business; provides a superior level of member relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships. Provides leadership, training and supervision; delegates day to day operations to the assistant manager or other branch personnel. Responsible for attaining established Credit Union and branch goals through active participation in sales management. Participates in community affairs to increase the Credit Union's visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities.

Assist branch management in team development. Participate in community service and business development activities to grow membership deposit and loan base. Assisted with team development in career academy partnership with Montgomery Public Schools.

Provides a non-traditional program for young men between the ages of 13-18 in the River Region. Programs are developed around four core objectives: Culture, Athletics, Social, and Education and mirror the programmatic thrusts of the auxiliary's sponsor of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity. The members of the club represent area high schools and participate in step programs, career development, and leadership training.

Responsible for inside sales activities of branch associates, including teller associates and financial sales representatives. Prospected new business and participated in community events and facilitated financial literacy workshops. Sold bank products and services and maintained aggressive sales goals. Licensed to sale insurance products.

Provided leadership to teller associates within a retail branch location. Responsibility included maintaining branch cash levels and balancing general ledger accounts. Trained lesser experienced associates.
