Maintaining documents database and filtering information related to multiple cases into usable data. Handle all billing utilizing multiple Carrier upload formats with LEDES 1998B formatting. Also handle collections, client billing, Accounts receivable and accounts payable. Monitor carrier deductions for use in training timekeepers and managing firm billing policies.Also handle overflow paralegal work.

Responsibilities include overseeing the installation and provisioning of all Voice and Data customer products as well as ensuring the ongoing quality of service and customers’ satisfaction. Solely responsible for all troubleshooting, trouble ticketing and testing all customer services. Negotiated both customer and vendor contracts, rates, products and MSAs. Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of all customer billing including CDR formatting, rate elements, NRC, MRC and taxing. Responsible for all customer service, customer satisfaction and customer retention. Worked first hand with all customers to ensure User Centric was meeting their needs and in some cases up-selling products to increase both margin and revenue. Handled all regulatory matters including the completion and submission of all 499a and 499q forms. Maintained all User Centric customer data and inventories including documents, contracts, network maps and customer-specific rate and legal information. Responsible for AP and AR functions including deposits, COGS management and payment as well as collections and revenue assurance.

Responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of provisioning for all EurekaGGN markets including vendor relationships, all POTS, Resold T1’s, Type II Data T1’s, and all other voice services. Became a facilities-based CLEC at the end of 2001 and I developed the LNP process for the conversions from resold T1’s as well as the new sales to the switch. In March of 2002, initiated a venture into UNE-P in NY, LATA 132 and worked with Verizon to establish the process and interfaces to migrate all POTS lines that were resold onto the UNE-P platform that were able to be migrated. Created a product for new customers on UNE-P to utilize COGS savings on POTS lines. After a downsizing in 2001, took over the position of Sales Engineer on top of regular duties and had regular sales training seminars to ensure that the sales departments were kept aware of developments in the industry so that they could more efficiently up-sell to both existing and new customers. Handled all number pooling, DID reservations and assignments, switch-customer trouble tickets, and worked with finance to ensure that COGS reductions were ensured once a resold customer was converted to either UNE-P or our switch. Responsible for the approval of all sales and customer care orders in the system to ensure the request was technically feasible, financially appropriate, and also met the customer’s needs. Heavily involved in the development of an internal order tracking system for both billing and provisioning.

Responsibilities included the development and training of both the NOC and the Provisioning departments. Used monthly sales projections to plan the network and based capacity planning on number of monthly installs. Built the provisioning department from a group of 12 provisioning coordinators installing approximately 500 local business lines per month to a group of 40 with a peak install of close to 5300 local business lines in one month. Responsible for the timely delivery of all customer and network T1’s and DS3’s. Worked with third-party vendors to both coordinate and escalate all orders. Developed a reporting system to enable the tracking of all provisioning activities and was extremely involved in the development of OTIS, an order tracking and inventory system which utilized work-flows to ensure that all provisioning steps were done in a timely manner

Responsible for the Network Provisioning, DMS Switch Technicians, DMS Translation Technicians, SMS/800 Database, Wholesale Sales, Wholesale Account Management, Rate Analysis, Line Cost, NCC, and all other functions related to Network Planning. Used carrier forecasting to build and plan IMT and backbone network. Responsible for Least Cost Routing and completion ratios versus cost analysis. First point of contact for all new carrier and private-line contracts. Responsible for a DMS switch network consisting of three (3) domestic switches and one (1) switch in London.

Initial responsibility was to maintain, produce slot assignments, and oversee the provisioning of the backbone fiber network using carrier forecasting to determine the size of the network. Promoted later to Director of Network Services, where I was responsible for Revenue Assurance, Wholesale Account Management, and the NMC. My main focus was to ensure that our wholesale customers were sending us appropriate traffic and were happy with their completion rates. Traveled to wholesale customer sites to help with the testing, installation and trouble-shooting of the traffic placed on Cherry’s network. Also responsible for some international and domestic routing on a network of seven (7) DEX 600 and two (2) DEX 400 switches.
