-Coordinates and facilitates the Promise program for new members.-Integrates new members into the chapter by encouraging participation and ensuring they feel comfortable.-Encourages and coordinates initiated member participation in new member activities.-Trains, assigns, and holds accountable the big sisters/heart sisters.-Plans and oversees bid day and Inspiration Days activities within a fixed budget.-Works closely with the Vice President of Scholarship to educate new members on Sigma Kappa scholarship policies and assist them in achieving academic success.-Works closely with the Vice President of Finance to ensure new members understand their financial responsibilities and meet payment deadlines.-Works closely with the sisterhood chairman to ensure a sisterhood retreat is planned for the entire membership within three weeks of bid day.-Serves as a contributing member of Executive Council.
