I've served Collins Aerospace as an Engineer in Mission Systems pursuit and execution roles and captured more than $3B in immediate sales. The roles require maintaining a critical thinking sweet spot at the upper end of Bloom’s Taxonomy to deliver on customer and company expectations.A handful of gifted individuals have helped me understand that a communicating, skilled and trained team is required to do great things together.
