About Eef Tanghe

Samen met 31 buren realiseerde ik in 2010 een nieuwbouw cohousingproject in Vinderhoute. De knowhow die ik daarbij opdeed, wil ik inzetten om zoveel mogelijk cohousingprojecten in Vlaanderen efficiënt en snel te realiseren. Intussen begeleiden we met ons team zo'n 25 projecten in heel Vlaanderen. We ondersteunen bouwgroepen, ontwikkelaars en steden en gemeentes om hun woonprojecten met collectieve delen te realiseren. We geven advies op budgettair-, juridisch- en, organisatie- & ontwerpvlak. Bovendien investeren we mee in geschikte gronden en panden zodat bouwgroepen de tijd krijgen om hun project uit te werken.
