At Erasmus Education I have tutored several secondary school students in multiple courses. In addition, I have trained elementary school teachers for math exams.

As group counselor I guided four groups of ten first year Civil Engineering students during their first big integral project. I helped with and assessed the group process.

As treasurer of the study association I was responsible for the budget and expenditures. During the year I drew up and executed a policy with six fellow board members, guided various committees and organised activities.

During my bachelors I was an active member of the study association and I organised a large party, Civilization, and the first year's weekend. Civilization is one of the largest faculty parties in Delft. I was responsible for the promotion of the event, which was sold out. During the first year's weekend, 200 new students are welcomed to the program. I had the function secretary and was responsible for the communication with the students and external parties and I was confidant for the new students.
