Through outdoor workouts and also through meeting other inspiring women we provide women with strength and energy to keep a solid balance between work, family and personal joy.

The ‘Dr. Sarphatihuis’ is part of Amsta and one of the biggest nursing homes in Amsterdam. Led a team of physicians, paramedics and psychologists (25 FTE) andresponsible for the project ‘Bewust Behandelen’. Analysed the differences between all the medical teams of Amsta and provided insights in where and how to improve the efficiency and quality of care.

Arkin in Amsterdam is one of the biggest mental health care institutions in The Netherlands. Together with the medical manager responsible for the quality of care, the financial results and the strategic development of the department. It consists of two brands: ‘PuntP’ (anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders and ADHD) and ‘Novarum’ (centre for eating disorders). Managed 6 operational managers (direct reports) and 80 FTE of psychiatrists, psychotherapists and psychologists.

The new clinic offered specialised treatment to patients with anxiety, depression and personality disorders. Built three effective multidisciplinary teams (30 FTE), optimised the processes for the patients and created a healthy financial organisation.Also manager of the Altrecht Academic Anxiety Centre (AAA). A top clinical mental health care institution specialised in complicated anxiety and compulsive disorders, founded in cooperation with the section Clinical Psychology of the University Utrecht. Secured the financial environment in which extensive research was possible.

Project leader and team member in different projects, like:• Referral projects between hospitals and general practitioners (ZorgDomein).• Developing performance indicators for mental health care institutions.• Benchmarking the performance of operation rooms.• Organization-wide change project in an institution for elderly care.
