Transaction Services, Advisory, Manager• Manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, performed high level financial and commercial review of target companies for mergers and acquisitions through analysis of financial performance, identification of critical risks and assessment of management capabilities across different industries • Conducting detailed analysis of the companies from accounting, financial and operational perspective, assessment of internal controls, review and preparation of business forecasts and projections • Analyzing the financial statements of the target companies which have been acquired by the clients and prepared financial due diligence reports for the clients.
